Definitions

For the purposes of this Code: Delegate means any participant officially registered to represent an assigned portfolio during COEP TECH MUN 26/27. Executive Board (EB) means the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Rapporteur, or any other committee official appointed by the Secretariat. Secretariat means the Secretary-General, Director-General, Deputy Secretary-General, Under Secretaries-General, and any other individual duly authorized by the Secretary-General. Conference means the current edition of COEP TECH MUN 26/27.

1. Delegates shall conduct themselves with professionalism, courtesy, integrity, and respect throughout the Conference. 2. Delegates shall respect the dignity, opinions, and participation of all members of the Conference irrespective of nationality, religion, ethnicity, gender, institution, or any other personal characteristic. 3. Delegates shall comply with this Code, the Rules of Procedure, and all lawful directions issued by the Executive Board or the Secretariat. 4. Delegates shall uphold the reputation, values, and standards of COEPMUN at all times. ---
